The urns in this "Guardian" series features white and celadon onyx with 22 kt gold-plated appliques. The appliques depict a religious theme of a praying hands or a cross. No color and veining patterns will ever be identical.
The urns are crafted using the fundamental technique of cutting the component pieces of stone and joining them together in the desired shape.
Onyx is a type of agate that is noted for its wide range of colors and use as a semi-precious stone in fine jewelry.
The companion piece has two compartments for separate placement of the cremains.
