Web sites come and go but Urnsonline is different. We are owned by a licensed
funeral home and have access to the same quality urns as do all other funeral homes.
However, through the use of the internet we can sell these urns to you at a substantial
savings.
You can now order your urns safely and confidentially though our secure server.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept personal checks but
will not ship until the check clears.
How do I order an Urn?
Our preference is for you to use our secure online ordering system. After
browsing our catalog, if there is an Urn you wish to purchase, simply click
on "Add To Shopping Cart". This process will allow you to input your
credit
card and shipping information using our secure server. If you experience any
difficulty you may call us Mon-Fri. 9-5pm EST. at 810-629-2533.
How much is shipping and handling?
Standard ground shipping is included in the price.
Please call 810-629-2533 for pricing of Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air.
Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air must order by 10:00am EST and is only available
M-F, not available on Holidays.
How long does normal shipping take?
Shipping usually takes from 3 to 10 business days.
Can you send me a catalog?
No, there are literally hundreds of Urns available. The printing and
mailing costs would make it impossible for us to offer the urns at the prices we do.
If you would like to show an Urn to others who don't have Internet
access, simply print off the picture of the urn that you are interested in. If you
don't see anything on this site that interests you, give me a call or E-mail me
and I will see what I can do. Even if someone claims that they are the
"Exclusive" Internet provider, I can probably still get it! (I actually own
a funeral home, giving me access to many products other websites can't get)
Do you accept checks?
Yes, but we prefer our online ordering feature. We accept Visa and Master
Card. However, we will accept a Cashier or Certified Check. If a personal check, we will NOT ship until the check clears.
What if I don't like the product, can I send it back?
While we make every effort to accurately display the products available,
each Urn is unique in it's construction and slight variations may occur. If you
are not satisfied with your purchase you must call us within 3 business days of receipt
to arrange a return. The Urn must be returned in it's original UNUSED
condition.
Websites seem to come and go, how do I know you will still

I want to make a return?
If that is important to you, I can tell you we are still a private family
owned company.
